Growth Groups is not casual networking, group coaching, or a discussion-based mastermind. The focus is execution. Members set priorities, track numbers, report progress weekly, and get pushed to follow through.
Members meet weekly on Zoom for accountability and execution review. There are also monthly advisory calls with Rob, along with ongoing communication through a shared Slack channel.
Each Growth Group includes approximately 10 founders, weekly accountability Zoom calls, monthly advisory calls with Rob, custom tools and Scoreboard tracking, and Slack access for ongoing communication and support.
